Queensrÿche – Queensrÿche (2013)

Released on June 25, 2013, Queensrÿche marked a powerful rebirth for the band—ushering in a new era with vocalist Todd La Torre, following the departure of founding frontman Geoff Tate. This self-titled album was a return to form, drawing heavily from the band’s classic sound: sharp twin guitars, driving rhythms, and intelligent lyrics, echoing the spirit of their early progressive metal roots.

Produced by James Barton (who also worked on Operation: Mindcrime and Empire), the album received praise for revitalizing the band’s energy and recapturing the essence of what made Queensrÿche legendary.

Band Lineup:

  • Todd La Torre – Vocals

  • Michael Wilton – Guitar

  • Parker Lundgren – Guitar

  • Eddie Jackson – Bass, backing vocals

  • Scott Rockenfield – Drums, percussion

  1. X2 (Intro)

  2. Where Dreams Go to Die

  3. Spore

  4. In This Light

Queensrÿche (2013) is more than just a new chapter—it’s a fierce declaration that the Rÿche lives on, recharged and ready to rise again.
